摘要
目的研究单纤维肌电图(SFEMG)对重症肌无力(MG)患者诊断的价值。方法对41位重症肌无力患者被检肌肉进行单纤维肌电图检测。结果 41例重症肌无力患者的单纤维肌电图检查结果正常5例(12.20%),颤抖时间延长36例(87.80%),阻滞28例(68.22%)。结论单纤维肌电图是诊断重症肌无力敏感性较高的检测方法。
【Objective】 To discuss the value of single-fiber electromyography（SFEMG） in myasthenia gravis diagnosis.【Methods】41 patients with MG under study were treatment by SFEMG.【Results】 In the 41 pa-tients with MG under study only 5 patients treated by SFEMG were right（12.20%）,36 patients＇jitter time were longer（87.80%）,28 patients have blocking（62.22%）.【Conclusion】 The SFEMG shows higher sensitivity for the diagnosis of MG.
