心理障碍与冠心病及胰岛素抵抗关系的研究

Relationship between mental disorders and coronary heart disease or insulin resistance

目的探讨心理障碍与冠心病(CHD)及胰岛素抵抗(IR)的关系。方法随机选择90例有心理障碍的冠心病患者(心理障碍组)与87例无心理障碍组的冠心病患者(无心理障碍组);观察其血糖、血清胰岛素水平、血脂、肿瘤坏死因子及胰岛素敏感指数的变化。结果心理障碍组较无心理障碍组空腹胰岛素升高、脂代谢紊乱(三酰甘油升高、高密度脂蛋白降低及胆固醇升高)、肿瘤坏死因子升高且胰岛素敏感性降低,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论心理障碍与冠心病及胰岛素抵抗的发生密切相关。

【Objective】 To evaluate the relationship between mental disorders and insulin resistance in coronary heart disease.【Methods】 Some random samples are selected from two groups of patients with coro-nary heart disease.One group includes 90 patients,which are also sickened from mental disorders.The other group includes 87 patient,which aren＇t sickened from mental disorders.To observe the blood glucose,blood Lipid,tumor necrosis factor risen,the sensitivity index of insulin of patients in coronary heart disease with mental disorders.Then the two groups of samples are stuide comparatively.【Results】In the group with men-tal disorders,serum insulin level was risen,the blood fat metabolizes were disordered（glycosides increased,HDL decreased,Bile alcohols increased）,the tumor necrosis factor was risen,the insulin sensitivity was re-duced,and there was statistical difference between the both groups（P 0.01）.【Conclusion】 There has close relationship between mental disorders and insulin resistance in coronary heart disease.
