汽轮机转子热跑工装托辊支架的研制

摘要 汽轮机转子是汽轮机的一个核心部件,其热跑工序是判断其热稳定性是否合格的一种试验方法。但现有热跑工装效率低、工人劳动强度大、安全可靠性差,影响整机下线时间。托辊支架是热跑工装最关键的部件之一,文中介绍了汽轮机转子热跑工装托辊支架的研制。通过设备试运行,表明设备达到了研制目的。 Turbine rotor is a core part of turbine, the turbine rotor's heat stability only ean be measured in the hot running process. The existing equipment is low efficiency, high energy consumption and poor reliability and it is a bottleneck in the productive proeess. The support idler is a key part of the hot running equipment, this paper develops the hot running support idler. The results of the test running demonstrate that the equipment has reaehed expected ainls.
