摘要
铜带冲制制耳的产生对生产有许多不利影响,为解决此问题或使制耳率降低,文中通过对H68铜带的轧制工艺的改进使制耳现象得到了有效的控制。实验结果表明:使再结晶退火前道次加工率29.41%(0.85→0.6)增加至47.06%(0.85→0.45),可以使制耳率从4.80%降低至1.12%。
The production of earing in copper tape's punching is bad in many place.In order to solve this problem or reduce the earing ratio to a special aim, the thesis proposes that the phenomenon of Earing will be controlled effectively with improving of rolling of H68 Copper tape. The result is:when the Depressing Ratio of Rolling Before Reerystallization Annealing changed from 29.41% (0.85→0.6) to 47.06% (0.85→0.45), the Earing ratio will be changed from 4.80% to 1.12%.
