摘要
四连杆结构设计是门座起重机设计工作的主要内容,使用通用有限元分析软件可以完成其结构的强度分析和疲劳分析,对结构构件的整体稳定性分析和局部稳定性分析仍旧依靠设计人员手工计算完成,费时费力且可靠性差。因此,我们自行开发了门座起重机四连杆结构有限元分析系统,建立模块实现了对特定对象的参数化建模、强度分析、疲劳分析、稳定性分析和数据管理等功能。文中详细介绍了软件系统结构和模块构成,简述了模块功能及软件的编程。
The design of four bar linkage is the main work in designing portal crane frame. The universal FEA softwares can be used to finish the strength and fatigue analysis, meanwhile the total stability and local stability analysis are still completed by manual calculation, which is time-consuming and laborious poor reliability. So a FEM analysis system is developed for four bar linkage portal crane, modules are established to achieve many functions such as parameter modeling, fatigue and stability analysis and so on. The paper introduces the structure of the software system and the modules composition in details . A brief introduction of programming and modules function is given.
