摘要
采用STAR20走心式车床对U型接骨螺钉加工,介绍了如何选择毛坯、刀具及相应的加工参数,并针对零件的具体要求简要分析了加工工艺过程。
U-type bone screws have been processed by STAR CNC lathe, the paper has introduced how to select Rough materials, tools and corresponding processing parameters, and analyzed how to deal with the machining process accorrding to specific requirements of the part.
