摘要
试验研究不同加工率、退火温度和退火保温时间及退火冷却方式对一种Al-Mg-Si合金板材组织和性能的影响。通过力学性能检测、金相组织观察和X射线检验等手段,确定了该合金O状态板材的退火工艺为最佳退火温度范围380℃~400℃,退火保温时间1 h^2 h;退火冷却方式为空冷。按上述工艺参数,在工业性生产条件下生产出了力学性能和组织均满足研制目标要求的板材。
The effects of working rate,annealing temperature with holding time and cooling way on structure and properties of Al-Mg-Si alloy plate sheet has been investigated.The annealing process of plate sheet with O temper was determined through mechanical property testing,metallographic examination and X-ray inspection.The optimum annealing is 380℃-400℃ heating with1 h-2 h holding and open air cooling.The quality plate sheet now can be produced at industrial condition using the above mentioned processes.The structure and mechanical properties of the products can satisfy the requirement of customers.
