摘要
建立了液力变矩器结合的动力学模型,提出了对闭锁离合器接合过程分阶段控制策略。以装用美国Allison公司生产的大功率HD4070PR自动变速器的北方奔驰2627K型自卸车进行道路试验,结果表明,在闭锁过程中变速器输出轴转速变化平稳,发动机的动载系数约为1.85,闭锁离合器控制效果较好,验证了控制策略的有效性。
A dynamic model of torque converter is established in the paper,and a staged control strategy of the lockup clutch during engagement is presented.Road test was made to the high-power HD4070PR automatic transmission from Allison Inc.which is equipped to model 2627 tipper from Baotou Beiben Heavy-duty Truck Co.,Ltd.The results show that the transmission output shaft speed changes steadily during lockup,engine dynamic loading coefficient is approx.1.85,the lockup clutch has good control effect,and validity of the control strategy is proved.
