摘要
采用X射线应力仪和光学显微镜研究超声冲击对钛合金焊缝残余应力和组织的影响。结果表明,超声冲击不仅可以明显改善焊缝的残余应力分布,而且在产生有益的压应力的同时,对焊接母材和焊缝组织没有明显的影响。
Influence of ultrasonic impact treatment(UIT) on residual stress and microstructure of titanium welding beam was investigated by X-ray residual stress analyzer and optical microscope.The results show that UIT can not only improve the distribution of the residual stress of the welding beam,but also can bring in compressive stress which benefits the parts.There is nearly no change in microstructure of welding beam and raw material before and after UIT.
