Research progress of diffusion barrier between porous stainless steel and hydrogen permeable Pd composite membrane

摘要 对金属多孔基体与钯复合膜间扩散阻挡层的研究现状进行综述,说明了扩散阻挡层在钯复合膜体系中的作用机理,探讨了金属互扩散发生的原因,对扩散阻挡层的主要制备方法进行了评述。 Research status of diffusion barrier between porous metal substrate and Pd composite membrane was reviewed.The mechanism of the diffusion barrier in Pd composite membrane systems was explained.The reasons for intermetallic diffusion and the main preparations of diffusion barrier were also briefly considered.
