城市群网络化联系研究——以长株潭城市群为例

A RESEARCH ON THE LINKAGE AMONG A URBAN AGGLOMERATION NETWORK——A Case Study Of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration

在全球经济一体化的背景下,城市群网络化是城乡之间多种物质的动态流的最高表现形式,也是城市群形成发展过程中理想的城市化模式。本文根据城市流强度值确定长株潭城市群三级网络节点,构建城市网络联系模型来确定城市与城市之间的网络联系,从而构建长株潭城市群网络的基本形式。研究表明,长株潭城市群处于单核心集聚的城市群演化初级阶段的特征,与发展成为功能互补、水平联系和交互增长的网络城市差距很大,必须通过调整网络各节点产业结构、加强交通运输网络建设、发展信息网络化、建立政府合作新机制等措施增强城市网络联系,加快长株潭城市群网络化发展。

With the background of economic globalization, the urban agglomeration network is the vehicle of dynamic flow of materials between urban and rural areas. And it is also the ideal urbanization model in the process of formation and development of urban agglomeration. In this paper, the authors conduct a case study of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration, which contains eight cities and is the economical core region in Hunan province. And establish the model of the linkage among the urban network in order to provide the decision-making support for urban planning management. Firstly, from the view of the urban flow and revising the city gravitation model, the authors set up a model of the linkage of urban network to measure linking level between urban and other urban. Secondly, based on the urban flow intensity, the authors determine three-level network node of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration, in which Changsha is the core-level network node city, Zhuzhou, Yueyang and Xiangtan are the subsidiary-level network node cities, and Changde,Yiyang,Heyang and Loudi are the third-level node cities. Then they establish a basic urban network form of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration with the model of the linkage of urban network, and point out the development level and existence problems of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration. At last, the authors propose some effective and useful measures to strengthen urban agglomeration network. The results show that Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration is still in its primary stage which only has a single-core, and has a long way to go to form a network city system. Therefore, it is necessary to take some effective measures to strengthen the urban flow, such as adjusting the industrial structure of every network node, the construction of transportation network, development of information network technology, construction of the new government administrative cooperation mechanism in order to enhance the linkage of urban network and speed up the development and maturity of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration.
