保温层对废热锅炉温度及温差应力影响的有限元分析 被引量:6

摘要 对壳体外部设有保温层及未设保温层的两台废热锅炉用ANSYS进行了数值模拟,分析了该废热锅炉的温度场分布情况,计算出由温度梯度产生的温差热应力。并将两台废热锅炉的温度和温差热应力情况进行对比,得出保温层可以降低外壁面温度和温差热应力的结论。 Numerical simulations were respectively conducted of two waste heat boilers with and without insulting layers on the outside shells using ANSYS software,the distribution of the temperature fields of the boilers was analyzed,the thermal stress generated by temperature gradient was calculated.The temperatures and thermal stresses of the two boilers were compared,it was concluded that the insulating layers could reduce the temperature of the outside wall surface and the thermal stress.
