益智健脑颗粒对阿尔茨海默病患者外周血清中IL-1β与TNF-α表达的影响

The Effect of Yizhi Jiannao Granule on IL-1β and TNF-α Expression in Peripheral Blood Serum in Patients with Alzheimer's Disease

目的:探讨益智健脑颗粒对阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者外周血清中IL-1β与TNF-α表达的影响。方法:严格按照配对的原则选择AD患者及健康老人,应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISE)检测IL-1β与TNF-α表达的水平。结果:血清IL-1β含量AD组与正常对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05);血清TNF-α含量AD组高于正常对照组,但差异无显著性(P>0.05);中药组治疗前后IL-1β比较,P<0.05,TNF-α治疗前后比较,P<0.05;西药组治疗前后IL-1β比较,P<0.05,TNF-α治疗前后比较,P<0.05;中药组与西药组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:(1)AD患者血清IL-1β、TNF-α水平高于正常老年人,这可能与AD脑内炎症反应有关;(2)益智健脑颗粒可通过抑制细胞炎性因子而对AD患者发挥其治疗作用。

Objective： To discuss the effect of Yizhi Jiannao granule on IL - 1β and TNF - α expression in peripheral blood sermn in patients with alzheimer＇ s disease. Method： To select the patients with alzheimer＇ s disease and healthy aged people according to paired principle. The level of IL - 1β and TNF - α expression were detect with double antibody enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay （ELISE）. Results： The content of IL- 1β in blood serum in alzheimer＇ s disease group had significant difference as compared with normal control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The content of TNF - α in blood serum in alzheimer＇ s disease group was higher than that in the control group, but there was no significant difference（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The content of IL - 1β and TNF - α had significant difference after treating by the traditional Chinese medicine or western medicine （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The traditional Chinese medicine group was no significant difference as compared with the western medicine group（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The content of IL - 1β and TNF - α in alzheimer＇ s disease was higher than that in the normal aged people, it may relate with inflammatoy reaction in brain. Yizhi Jiannao granule could inhibit cell inflammatory factor for treating alzheimer＇ s disease.
