中西医结合治疗慢性乙型肝炎36例疗效观察

Clinical Observation on 36 Cases of Chronic Hepatitis B Treated with the Therapy of Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:将72例本病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例,对照组采用阿德福韦酯治疗,治疗组采用阿德福韦酯联合苦参素胶囊治疗。结果:治疗组HBeAg转阴率为44.4%,对照组仅为25.0%,两组比较,P<0.05;治疗组HBV-DNA转阴率为88.9%,对照组为69.4%,两组比较,P<0.05。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性乙型肝炎优势显著。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect on chronic hepatitis B treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese tradi- tional and western medicine. Method： 72 cases were randomly divided into 36 cases each in treatment group and control group. Adefovir dipivoxil capsules were used in the control group. Cases in the treatment group were treated by adefovir dipivoxil capsules and kushenin capsules. Results ： The darkening rate of HBeAg was 44.4% in the treatment group and 25.0% in the control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. The darkening rate of HBV - DNA was 88.9% in the treatment group and 69.4% in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine had significant effect for treating chronic hepatitis B.
