子宫内膜干细胞在子宫内膜异位症发病中意义 被引量:4

摘要 子宫内膜异位症(EMs)发病是多因素的。越来越多的研究尝试着分离并界定出人类子宫内膜干/祖细胞,且这些干细胞可能定位于基底层的间质中。目前仍未找到独特的鉴定子宫内膜干细胞的标志物。子宫内膜可能存在至少两种干细胞,包括子宫来源或骨髓来源的干细胞,其可经逆流的经血或经循环迁移至异地,并在特定的微环境中形成EMs病灶,这表明EMs可能是一种干细胞疾病。 The pathogenesis of endometriosis is multifactorial.More and more studies attempt to isolate and characterize endometrial stem/progenitor cells.These stem cells possibly reside in the stromal of the basal layer.Currently,no known markers are specific for the endometrial stem/progenitor cells.There are perhaps at least two endometrial stem cells,including endometrium-derived and bone marrow-derived stem cells,which likely migrate to ectopic sites through retrograde menstrual flow or via the circulation and form endometriotic implants in specific microenvironment.It shows that endometriosis maybe a stem cell disease.
