摘要 分析和论述了电动钻机电网谐波的特点,应用并联型有源电力滤波器(SAPF)抑制电动钻机动力系统工作过程中电流谐波分量,使系统工作更趋安全稳定。在SAPF设计中,根据电动钻机电网三相四线制的供电方式,采用d-q-0谐波电流检测方法;由于起下钻工况时电网谐波电流变化速率较快,选用跟踪性强的滞环电流控制法;对SAPF容量的确定和电容器参数选择进行数学优化计算。仿真和试验结果证明,在电动钻机电网谐波电流动态抑制方面,SAPF取得了较好的效果。 There is serious of electric current harmonics during the oil-drilling rigs' power systems' working,which affects the stability of the power systems work.The characteristic of the harmonics of the oil-drilling rigs with Non-linear loads was focused on,and a special shunt active power filter(SAPF) was designed.The key technologies of the SAPF is introduced,including its real-time detection circuit,current tracking control circuit,DC side of the converter control circuit and so on.Simulation and the experiment showed that the SAPF suppression harmonics of the Rig Power Bus achieved good results,and proved its actual value.
