摘要
川东北水平井具有井深、压力高、产量大、含硫化氢等特点,在钻井和测试过程中经常因气量大或措施不当需要进行压井施工。前期的压井方式和施工工艺是针对不同工况下的直井,应用于超深水平井的成功率不高。分析了川东北水平井在钻井和测试过程中的压井难点,优选出4种适合的压井方式,并提出了适用工况和应注意的问题,为超深水平井安全、快速压井提供了借鉴。通过在川东北HJ203H水平井的成功应用表明,初步形成的水平井压井工艺技术能够满足川东北超深水平井压井需要。
The characteristics of deep horizontal well in northeastern Sichuan include deep well depth,high pressure,high production and hydrogen sulfide content.Because of high gas quantity and improper measure in drilling and testing,well killing construction was needed.Erenow,well killing method and technology of horizontal well in different conditions was chosen on the basis of vertical well generally,so well killing success ratio was low.The analysis to the well killing difficulty in drilling and testing was carried on in four selected suitable well killing method with clear applicable condition and precautions.This work can provide reference for quick and safe horizontal well killing.The successful application in HJ203H of northeastern Sichuan showed that preliminary horizontal well killing technology can meet the well killing needs of ultra-deep horizontal well.
