黄瓜把长主基因+多基因混合遗传分析 被引量:9

摘要 以2个性状稳定的华北型黄瓜自交系为亲本,建立了6个世代联合群体(P1、P2、F1、B1、B2、F2),采用植物数量性状主基因+多基因混合遗传模型对群体的把长进行多世代联合分析。结果表明,把长遗传受2对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性多基因(E-1模型)控制,2对主基因的加性效应和显性效应均为负向效应,且存在一定的互作效应。在分离世代中,主基因的遗传率均比多基因的遗传率高,环境方差对表型方差的影响占有一定比重,即环境对把长的遗传影响较大,对于这个性状适于高代选择。 Using the model of the major gene plus polygene of quantitative traits,a joint analysis of six-generations(P1,P2,F1,B1,B2,and F2) from the cross of two North China cucumber lines was carried out to investigate the inheritance of the stalk length in cucumber.The results showed that the inheritance of the stalk length of North China cucumber was controlled by two additive-dominant-epistatic major-genes plus additive-dominant polygene(E-1 model),both the additive effect and the dominance effects of the two major genes are negative,and there is a certain degree of interaction effect.In the separation generations,the major gene heredity rate is higher than the polygene heredity rate,the effects of environment variance on the phenotype variance holds the certain proportion,i.e.,environment plays the major role for the inheritance of the stalk length.The trait can be selected in the high generation selection.
