岷江百合实生后代生长习性观测与分析

Observation and Analysis of Growth Habit in Seedling Progeny of Lilium regale

通过对岷江百合实生后代物候期及形态的观测,分析其生活习性和生长动态,旨在为岷江百合实生繁殖及实生后代在园林中的应用提供基础。依据直径将2 a生岷江百合实生球茎分为巨型、大型、中型、小型4个类型,播种于日光温室和露地,采用随机取样的方法对第二年出苗的岷江百合实生后代进行物候期和表型性状的观测。岷江百合实生后代株高、叶面积的动态生长呈"慢-快-慢"的生长趋势;后代的株高、叶片数、叶面积随球茎直径的递减而递减,基干高度随球茎直径的递减而递增;后代叶片着生密度由下至上逐渐减小,即叶间距由下至上逐渐增大;温室和露地两种生长环境对后代的影响,表现为表型性状间有明显的差异;部分巨型和大型实生后代进入了生殖生长,而中型和小型后代只进行到营养生长;巨型后代的现蕾率和开花率均高于大型后代。由于岷江百合实生繁殖具有成本低、繁殖速度快等特点,且在球茎重量较接近的情况下其后代表型性状相对一致,说明岷江百合可以采用有性繁殖,且其实生后代可以在园林绿化中广泛应用。

Observed the phenophase and the morphology of the triennial seedling progeny of L.regale,and analyzed their habits and growth dynamics,which aims at providing fundamental references for rational utilization in landscaping and seedling propagation of the L.regale.The biennial bulbs of L.regale were divided into four grades,giant,large,medium and small,according to their diameter,and sowed them in greenhouse and open field area.The phenophase and phenotypic characters of seedling progeny germinating in the second year were observed by random sampling.The dynamics of the plant height and the leaf area of seedling progeny of L.regale accroded with the growth trend of ＂slow-fast-slow＂.The plant height,leaf number and leaf area of the progeny decreased with the decreasing of diameter of bulb.Whereas,the height above the ground of the 10th leaf of the seedlings progeny increased when the diameter of bulb decreased.The leaf density of the progeny generally decreased from the bottom up,which meant the leaf spacing generally increased from the bottom up;Different planting condition such as greenhouse or open field made the obvious differences of phenotypic characters of the progeny;The part of the giant and the large seedling progeny entered the reproductive growth,but the medium and small seedling progeny only reached vegetative growth.The rate of budding and flowering of type I progeny of were higher than in the typeⅡ.As the seedling propagation of L.regale has the characteristics of low cost,fast propagation and the bulb weight under the closer situation has the relatively consistent phenotypic characters,which indicating that the sexual reproduction can be used for L.regale,and their seedling progeny can be widely applied in landscaping.
