摘要
目的观察通心方对冠心病三支血管病变患者心室重构的临床疗效及对心血管事件的影响。方法入选患者随机分为两组,治疗组在基础治疗基础上给予通心方,对照组仅给予基础治疗,疗程6个月;分别于治疗前后观察左室舒张末期容积指数(LVEDVI)、左室收缩末期容积指数(LVESVI)、射血分数(EF)、E峰/A峰比值(E/A)、室壁厚度(WT)、左室重量指数(LVMI)和室壁运动指数(WMI)的变化,并随访1年内心血管事件发生情况。结果治疗组治疗后LVEDVI下降,LVMI下降,WMI下降;对照组治疗后E/A比值降低、LVMI升高,较治疗组变化明显;其治疗后WMI明显升高。两组随访1年,心血管事件发生率近似。结论通心方能改善冠心病三支病变患者的心室重构和心室的舒张功能,对1年内心血管事件无明显影响。
Objective: To observe the effect of Tongxin Decoction on ventricular remodeling and cardiovascular events in patients with triple-vessel coronary artery disease.Methods: Patients with triple-vessel coronary artery disease were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Besides the basic treatment in two groups,the Tongxin Decoction was used in the treatment group.These therapies were lasted for 6 months.Some indices being observed by the two-dimensional echocardiography were compared before and after treatments including the left ventricular end-diastolic volume index(LVEDVI),the left ventricular end-systolic volume index(LVESVI),the ejection fraction(EF),the E /A ratio,the wall thickness(WT),the left ventricular mass index(LVMI) and the wall motion index(WMI).And then,the cardiovascular events were followed up for 1 year.Results: In the treatment group,the LVEDVI,the LVMI and the WMI were decreased.In the control group,the E /A ratio after treatment was reduced compared with that before treatment.Also,it was lower than that in the treatment group.The LVMI and the WMI of the control group were increased.There were some significant differences between two groups in above two indices.But there was no significant difference in cardiovascular event between two groups during the 1-year follow-up period.Conclusion: The ventricular remodeling and the diastolic function could be improved by the Tongxin Decoction.The 1-year cardiovascular events would be not effected by this formula.
