心复康对缓慢性心律失常患者hs-CRP及中医证候的影响

Effects of Xinfukang Decoction on hs-CRP and Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome of Patients with Bradycardiac Arrhythimia

目的观察心复康对缓慢性心律失常患者中医证候及血清高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响并探讨其作用机制。方法 60例缓慢性心律失常患者随机分为中药心复康治疗组、心宝对照组及西药对照组,分别予以相应药物,比较治疗后血清hs-CRP及中医证候评分的变化。结果心复康组中医证候及血清hs-CRP的改善均优于心宝对照组及西药对照组。结论心复康对缓慢性心律失常有明显疗效,其作用可能通过抑制炎症反应、调节细胞因子而增加心肌收缩力,改善心肌血供与心功能,提高与改善窦房结功能及房室传导功能。

Objective： To observe the influence and the mechanism of Xinfukang on the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and the serum hs-CRP in the patients with bradycardiac arrhythimia.Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into the Xinfukang Decoction group,the Xinbao Capsule group and the western medicine control group.The serum hs-CRP and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score were detected in 3 groups before and after treatment.Results： The bradycardiac arrhythmia was improved by three medicines.In the improvement of the syndrome and the reductions of the serum hs-CRP,the effect of the Xinfukang Decoction was superior to the Xinbao Capsule group and the western medicine control group.Conclusion： The bradycardiac arrhythimia coulg be improved obviously by the Xinfukang Decoction.Its mechanisms are possibly related to its actions of inhibiting the inflammatory response and adjusting the cytokines.These functions could increase contractive force,improve the myocardial blood supply,cardiac function,sinus function and atrioventricular conduction.
