肌间隙入路结合伤椎椎弓根钉固定治疗胸腰椎骨折 被引量:32

摘要 胸腰椎骨折临床常见,其治疗方法较多。采用后路短节段的椎弓根螺钉内固定系统治疗是最常见的方法,其通过后路的撑开复位、三柱固定,可以恢复脊柱正常的生理曲度。常规的后正中人路,通常需广泛剥离椎旁肌或强力的牵拉椎旁肌,使其部分失神经和压迫缺血损伤,术后腰背疼痛,从而影响手术的疗效。传统的后路短节段椎弓根技术是只在伤椎上下节段固定,但有远期矫正高度丢失、内固定失败等缺点。2005年3月-2008年3月,笔者采用经肌间隙入路短节段的椎弓根螺钉结合伤椎椎弓根钉固定治疗无或轻微神经症状胸腰椎骨折2l例,短、中期疗效满意。
