负压封闭引流技术在创伤骨科Ⅱ期创面中的应用 被引量：17

摘要 负压封闭引流（vaccum sealing drainage,VSD）是近年来兴起的治疗创面的方法.其核心为改变创面循环和彻底持续引流,主要用于四肢创面的引流.传统创面治疗方法对Ⅱ期创面的处理效果不佳,且随着组织坏死,创面持续扩大,给创面处理带来很大困难.由此造成传统治疗方法病程长,费用高,痛苦大,伤残率高.我科2009年1-10月应用VSD技术治疗31例不同创面患者，
