聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯骨水泥作为抗肿瘤药物缓释载体的实验研究

摘要 骨水泥作为抗生素类的缓释载体用于人工全髋关节置换及骨髓炎的治疗早已应用于临床,对于骨水泥是否可以作为抗肿瘤药物的缓释载体,文献报道较少。笔者将抗肿瘤药物与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)骨水泥混合,与抗生素骨水泥做阳性对照,检测其骨水泥的物理和力学性能以及药物的释放情况。
