摘要
从对国内某弯管厂生产的川气东送管道工程用Φ1016mm×26.2mm感应加热弯管及其母管的主要理化性能进行的分析比较中发现,感应加热弯管及其母管的主要性能均值明显高于该管道工程技术标准的要求;所制得的弯管较母管强度下降,韧性上升,塑性略有增加;弯管不同部位的性能变化也有一定的差异。
Comparatively analyzed are the main physiochemical properties of both the Φ1 016 mm×26.2 mm induction heat-processed elbows used for Sichuan-East Gas Pipeline Project as manufactured by a domestic elbow maker and the mother pipes thereof.The result shows that the major property mean values of the elbow and the mother pipe are better than the applicable criteria for the project.Compared with the mother pipe,the elbow' s strength is reduced,while its toughness is increased,and the plasticity is increased,too,but slightly.Also identified is that the property changes of different parts of the elbow vary.
