Nature and resources of urban agglomeration economy

认为城市群存在的基础是一种不同于地方化经济和城市化经济的集聚经济,即城市群经济。城市群经济是区域尺度下一种新的集聚经济类型,是由地方化经济和城市化经济复合而成的板块经济,是由规模经济和范围经济相互作用而成的集成经济。基于企业经济来源的分析,发现城市群经济不仅源于城市群规模经济和城市群整体范围效应,而且源于城市群交易经济和城市群学习经济。

This article holds that the basis of city groups is city group economy, which is different from localized economy and urbanized economy. City group economy is a new type of agglomeration economy on the regional scale, a plate economy which is compound of localized and urbanized economy, and a comprehensive economy which is formed by the interaction between scale economy and scope economy. Based on the analysis of the sources of enterprise economies, this article argues that city group economy is stemmed not only from scale economy and the overall effect of city groups, but also from transactional and learning economy of city groups.
