正确处理古镇保护和开发的关系,一方面有利于古镇经济发展,为古镇的社会经济发展带来新的机会,另一方面可以为古镇的保护提供新的动力。利用系统化的方法,建立起古镇保护和开发的保障机制,可以为正确处理古镇保护和开发提供一个稳定、安全的工作路径,使古镇的保护和开发在制度化、规范化的状况下进行,使古镇各方面获得真正意义上的可持续发展。
The proper handling of relationship between ancient town protection and development can lead to a win -win result of ancient town protection and development, which, on one hand, is conducive to economic development of ancient towns and brings about new chances for socio - economic development of ancient towns, on the other hand, provides new impetus for ancient town protection.
