Strengthen cost management to meet the need of water conservancy construction

水利工程造价管理在水利工程建设投资的确定与管理方面发挥着愈加重要的作用。结合当前的水利工程建设实际,合理确定工程投资,改进造价控制方法,提高造价管理水平,改进概算编制方法,严格控制工程投资,保证工程环境的生态投资需求,不断推进水利工程造价管理体系建设。但现行的水利工程造价标准存在一些不足之处,需吸收国外造价管理经验,不断满足水利工程建设管理新要求,开拓水利工程造价管理新局面。

Cost management plays an increasingly important role in water conservancy project construction and management of investment.Combining the current construction of water conservancy projects,it is disscussed that how to reasonably determine the actual engineering investment,improve the cost control methods,the management level,the budget preparation methods and investment projects,so as to meet the demand of the ecological environment of project investment,and to promote the construction of cost management system.But the current water cost standards have some disadvantages and the foreign cost management experience should be absorbed and constantly meet the need of water conservancy construction management.Then the new situation of water conservancy project cost management would be developed.
