摘要
小浪底水利枢纽是黄河治理开发的控制性骨干工程,战略地位重要,工程规模巨大,地质条件复杂,水沙条件特殊,运用要求严格,设计施工难度大,许多课题极具挑战性。工程设计者尊重科学,大胆探索,勇于创新,取得了一大批具有开创意义的重要技术成果。小浪底工程使我国多泥沙河流复杂条件下的大型水利水电工程规划、设计和施工技术水平跨上了一个新台阶,成为世界坝工建设史上的一个里程碑。
Xiaolangdi Hydro Project,which is the key project of the harness and development of the Yellow River,has important strategical position and immense project scale.Also complicated geological conditions,special sediment conditions and strict applying requirements,difficult design and construction make the project to a most challenging work.The designers of the project respect the science,explored boldly and innovated actively,so gained a great deal of important,yet initiating technological achievements.Xiaolangdi Hydro Project has brought the programming,designing and building of large-scale hydraulic and hydro-power projects under complicated conditions of sediment-laden rivers in China to a higher level,which made itself a milestone of the history of world dam buildings.
