摘要 自发性脊髓硬膜外出血临床上少见,通过分析1例剖宫产术后自发性脊髓硬膜外出血致高位截瘫患者的诊断和治疗,加深对妊娠妇女合并自发性脊髓硬膜外出血的了解。
