摘要
对蓼蓝(Polygonumtinctorium Lour)的挥发性成分进行研究.用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取蓼蓝挥发性成分,用GC-MS进行分离测定,结合计算机检索技术对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对含量.分离出112个成分,确定了41个化合物,占挥发油总量的82.37%.蓼蓝挥发油成分质量分数w大于2%的为:6-甲基-2-羧酸吡啶2.64%,2,4-二甲基环己醇2.32%,3-甲基苯甲醛6.27%,2-甲氧基-4-烯丙基苯酚26.64%,4-甲基-5-氨基乙烯基-6-羟基-2-羰基-3-吡啶甲腈2.26%,3-氨基-2-环己烯-1-酮3.24%,6,10,14-三甲基-2-十五酮2.0%,十六碳酸7.93%,3,7,11,15-四甲基-2-十六烯-1-醇4.81%,9,12,15-十八碳三烯酸-2,3-二羟基丙酯4.31%.含量最高的化合物为2-甲氧基-4-烯丙基苯酚.
Chemical constituents in volatile oil from Polygonum tinctorium Lour were investigated.The volatile oil was obtained by steam distillation,followed by separation and identification on GC-MS.In total 112 peaks were separated,with 41 of the peaks accounting for 82.37% of the total extract identified.Major constituents of 2% are as follows: 6-methyl-2-pyridinecarboxy-ic acid at 2.64%,2,4-dimethyl cyclohexanol at 2.32%,3-methyl benzaldehyde at 6.27%,2-methoxy-4-vinylphenol at 26.64 %,5-aminomethylene-6-hydroxy-4-methyl-2-oxo-3-pyridinecarbonitrile at 2.26%,3-amino-2-cyclohexen-1-one at 3.24%,6,10,14-trimethyl-2-pentadecanone at 2.0%,hexadecanoicacid at 7.93%,3,7,11,15-tetramethyl-2-hexadecen-1-ol at 4.81%,and 9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid-2,3-dihydrox-ypropyl ester at 4.31%.It is therefore concluded that 2-methoxy-4-vinylphenol has the highest content in the oil.
