基于功能磁共振成像的网络连接显示方法

摘要 探讨了基于功能磁共振成像的功能连接图和有效连接图的显示方法,并在Matlab环境下编写界面实现了该方法. Display method of functional connectivity map and effective connectivity map based on functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) was discussed.
