摘要
选择了我国微核心种质资源小麦137份,测定了其全麦粉中的植酸含量。结果表明植酸平均含量为21.04μg/mg;意大利春性小麦PANDAS和我国地方品种白蚂蚱植酸含量最低,仅为9.59μg/mg,而辐w070261的植酸含量高达29.63μg/mg;绝大部分品种的植酸含量中等。对试验数据进行了聚类分析;137份种质材料在欧式距离1.50水平可分为高、中、低植酸含量品种3大类,各占供试品种的3.45%、89.3%及7.25%。鉴定出一批高植酸和低植酸的特异种质资源,为综合利用和培育高植酸和低植酸特异小麦新品种提供参考。
The contents of phytic acid for 137 Chinese wheat micro-core germ plasm resources were measured and their cluster analysis was conducted.Results: The average content of phytic acid is 21.04 μg/mg.Italy spring wheat PANDAS and Chinese wheat Baimazha have the lowest phytic acid content 9.59 μg/mg,and Chinese irradiated wheat w070261 has the highest phytic acid content 29.63 μg/mg;most samples have medium contents.The 137 germ plasm materials are cluster analyzed into high,average,and low types in phytic acid content,which account for 3.45%,89.3%,and 7.25%,respectively.The identified sets of special germ plasm material with high or low phytic acid content offer reference for breeding special new varieties in phytic acid content.
