摘要
针对四川省金路树脂有限公司氯碱分厂第3期离子膜法烧碱生产技改完成后,反映出的工艺设计不合理、氯化钡及干盐消耗增加、电能消耗增加、污染环境等突出问题进行技改,达到节能减排、降本增效的显著成果。
After the third stage of technical innovation in the production of ion-exchange caustic soda finished in Chlor-Alkali Plant of Sichuan Jinlu Resin Co. , Ltd. , the outstanding membrane production problems arose, such as unreasonable process design, increase in consumption of barium chloride and dry salt, increase in power consumption, environmental pollution. Technical innovation was made to solve the above problems, and thus obvious effects of energy conservation, less emission, cost reduction and benefit increase were obtained.
