关于"文化话语权的探讨"从来都没有真正平息过,尤其在中国国力日渐昌盛但社会价值观仍然混乱的时期。文化一旦和权力扯上关系,其问题就不单纯在于学术,而是关乎政治和权术。时下所谓的地域化或国际化、非主流或主流,究竟有多少是非策略的,而真正建构在一种独立价值观之上呢?本期特邀请数位文化学者就此话题展开讨论。或许,只有从内心真正强大和自信起来,关于话语权的探讨才具有实际的意义。

There is never a real stop of the discussion of the right of speech of the culture, especially in the period of material prosperity with the confusion of social value. Culture, if bound together with power, is not a mere academic problem but related with politics and power. How many of the present notions of regionalization, globalization, non mainstream or mainstream are built on the base of independent value without being influenced by policies? In this issue, some culture scholars are sharing their opinions with us on this topic. It is possible that the discussion about the right of speech bears a real meaning only when we are mentally strong and confident.
