According to practical situation in contemporary society,setting up major decisions and government administration summaries in local records is positive and necessary,but the content should be taken in appropriately.Generally speaking,major decisions sections in local records should not take in decisions other than the major ones,and government administration summaries sections should only take in the key points.There are two ways of recording major decisions and government administration summaries in the sections,chapters,categories,and items setup in local records:concentrated and upgraded recording is one,and the other is separate and scattered recording in CCP committee or government section.To highlight the important position of the two,we can combine the two into one and make it a separate section or chapter to attract attention.The recording essentials of major decisions and government administration summaries include the decision-making background and process,key content of the decisions,and the process and results of policy execution.
