薄板坯连铸连轧Fe-3%Si热轧带钢抑制剂的析出 被引量:1

摘要 通过对实验室模拟薄板坯连铸连轧(TSCR)工艺条件下铸坯出模淬火、1200℃保温淬火、热轧3道次淬火和热轧7道次抑制剂(硫化物和氮化物)析出的TEM观察。分析了析出相的成分和铸坯装炉温度对抑制剂析出规律的影响,得出铸坯出模淬火有极少量抑制剂析出,1200℃保温可以重新固溶细小或不完全析出的抑制剂。经3道次热轧淬火的带钢中有少量抑制剂析出,而轧制7道次的热轧带钢中有大量抑制剂析出。铸坯以840℃和大于1000℃入1200℃加热炉其热轧带钢抑制剂的析出粒子平均尺寸和每个视场析出粒子数量基本相同,含Cu的析出粒子尺寸相对较小。 The Fe-3% Si silicon steel strip was produced by thin slab casting and rolling process in laboratory.The precipitates in quenched sheets prepared by different processes were observed by transmission electron microscope(TEM).The precipitation components and the effect of ingot temperature before soaking on precipitates were analyzed.The results show that the fine precipitates in ingot can be re-dissolved at 1200 ℃,and then the fine and homogenous-distributed precipitates were formed during hot rolling.Only a few of particles in 3-pass hot-rolled sheets and lots of precipitates in the 7-pass case are observed.The average size and amount of precipitates in every field of the sample are almost same,and the size of sulfide particle containing copper is comparatively smaller than that of manganese sulfide for the ingots at 840 ℃ and 1000 ℃ before soaking at 1200 ℃.
