虚拟大肠镜横跨式交互导航方法研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 虚拟大肠镜检查时存在漏诊,致使虚拟大肠镜无法满足临床需求。为了提高虚拟大肠镜的检查质量,提出一个用于促进诊断的虚拟大肠镜横跨式交互导航方法。允许操作者交互性地控制虚拟相机沿着导航路径横跨式地观察病人大肠的内表面,克服了传统导航方法的缺陷,能够最大限度地减少观察死角,并应用于三维医学可视化系统中。通过临床数据验证表明本方法能够更精确地完成虚拟大肠镜检查,作为一种辅助诊断的方法是有效的。 Some disease is often overlooked in virtual colonscopy so that virtual colonscopy can not meet the clinical demand.A fly-over-style interactive navigation method in virtual colonscopy is presented for facilitating diagnose and improving the quality of the inspection.The method allows the user to interactively control the virtual camera along the navigation path to fly over the colon.It overcomes the drawbacks of conventional navigation method,decreases blind area farthest and is used in 3-D visualization medical system.Clinical validation shows that it is more accurate than conventional navigation method in virtual colonscopy,it is valid as a method of diagnosis.
