摘要
研究电子束的焊接技术问题,设计一个PWM-CUK型高压稳定电源系统,使之满足电子束焊机用电源对稳压精度的要求,同时提高系统的能量转换效率。设计电路系统,为了提高稳压精度和性能,通过SABER仿真确定关键电路参数;全面分析系统的开闭环特性,对系统在工作过程中可能出现的过流现象,提供可靠的保护措施;设定PID控制器参数,控制电压稳定。理论分析和仿真结果显示,系统具有能量转换效率高、输出电压纹波系数小、电压控制精度高和动态响应快等特点。结果证明,所设电源系统能够满足电子束焊机所用电源技术性能的要求。
A PWM-CUK type high-voltage stabilized power source circuit system is designed for EBW(electron beam welder),in order to meet high stability precision and increase system efficiency.A circuit system is designed,key circuit parameters are selected through SABER simulation;the open and closed loop characteristics of the system are analyzed comprehensively,a protection circuit is built to prevent the possible over-current at work;PID parameters are tunned to control voltage.Theoretical analysis and simulations results show that the system has high energy conversion efficiency,small ripple factor,high control precision both in static and dynamic.These results proved that the power source circuit system can meet the requir of EBW.
