摘要 影像学是肺癌筛查的主要手段,本文综述并比较了常用影像学方法在肺癌筛查中的价值。每种方法各有优缺点,对高危人群采取定期的影像学随访,可以发现更多的早期肺癌,给予及时的治疗。但究竟能否有效降低肺癌的死亡率尚有待于进一步研究。 Radiology is the primary lung cancer screening technique. Whether the mortality rate of lung cancer could be markedly reduce by radiological screening was still unknown to us. It was suggested that high-risk individuals should take regular radiological examinations to detect early lung cancers, followed by suitable treatment. In this review, we compared the values of different radiological methods in lung cancer screening.
