摘要 突触传递长时程增强(LTP)是神经元可塑性的反映,也是学习和记忆的神经生物学基础。目前,关于其形成机制的研究主要集中于N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(NMDA)受体。三种不同亚基NR1、NR2、NR3组合成NMDAR,并在其功能中发挥不同作用。该文就NMDA受体在学习记忆机制中的作用作一综述。 Long-term potentiation(LTP) is thought to be a model for neuronal plasticity and the neuro-biochemical base of learning and memory.The studies of LTP molecular mechanism focus mainly on N-methyl-D-aspartate(NDMA) receptors.Various combinations of subunits including NR1,NR2,NR3 assemble to form NMDAR and generate diversity in its functions.The effects of NMDA receptors on learning and memory are reviewed in this paper.
