通辽市汉族六项人体遗传学特征调查

Investingation into the six human genetic features of the Han nationality in Tongliao city

目的为中国人体遗传学特征提供数据。方法对内蒙古自治区通辽市汉族男(201人)女(191人)的小指弯曲、发状中的卷直、卷舌、手的左右撇、眼睑、发旋6项遗传学特征进行调查,计算出以上6项遗传特征的基因型频率。将测定结果与湖南等地少数民族的相应遗传学特征进行统计学分析。结果通辽市汉族小拇指弯向、发状、卷舌、左撇子、眼睑、发旋6项遗传学特征隐性基因型频率依次为32.65%、15.05%、30.10%、12.24%、49.74%、34.95%。结论通辽市汉族人群不同性别小指弯向有显著差异,卷舌及左利手有极显著差异。而发状、眼睑和发旋3者间却无显著差异。与湖南等地汉族及少数民族此六项遗传学特征相比较均具有显著性差异。

Objective To provid the data for the human genetic features in China.Methods Made an investigation,201 men and 191 women included,into the six genetic features which includes the curved little finger,the straight or curved hair,rolling the tongue,the left or right handed writing,eyelids and the hair rotating of Han nationality in Tongliao city,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and calculated the genotype frequency of the six genetic features.Make a statistical analysis between the test result and the corresonding hereditary features of the minornity in Hunan province.Results The results show that the genotype frequency of the curved little finger,the straight or curved hair,rolling the tongue,the left or right handed writing,eyelids and the hair rotating were 32.65%,15.05%,30.10%,12.24%,49.74% and 34.95% respectively.Conclusion There were significant difference in the bending little finger,rolling tongue and left-handed between the different genders in the population of Tongliao City while the hairy,eyelids and hair spinning had no significant difference in the population.Compared with the Han and minority nationalities in Hunan and other places,there are significant differences in these six genetic features.
