糖尿病视网膜黄斑水肿的治疗进展

Treatment progress of diabetic macular edema

糖尿病视网膜病变（diabetic retinopathy，DR）是糖尿病患者严重眼部并发症之一，而糖尿病黄斑水肿（diabetic macular edema，DME）则是糖尿病患者视力下降的首要原因。目前主要的治疗方法有药物、激光光凝和手术治疗。我们主要就DME的研究现状和发展趋势作一综述。

Diabetic retinopathy （ DR ） is a severe ocular complication of patients with diabetes, and the diabetic macular edema（DME） is the leading cause of vision loss in diabetic patients. The main treatment methods of DME are including drug therapy, laser photocoagulation and surgical treatment. In this paper we review the research status and development trends of DME treatment methods which were mentioned above.
