摘要
磁性药物微球是新型的第四代靶向给药系统。系将药物与磁性物质通过适当的载体制成稳定体系,在足够强的外磁场作用下,使药物在体内定向移动、定位聚集并释放,从而集中在病变部位发挥疗效,具有高效、低毒的特点。本文对磁性药物微球的组成、制备、特性及治疗恶性肿瘤的进展,作一综述。
The magnetic drug microspheres is a new fourth generation of targeted drug delivery system.It make a stable system with appropriate drug and magnetic material through proper carrier,and it make drug directional migration,position concentration and release in the action of sufficiently strong external magnetic field.In the end,the drug can focused on the lesion and has high efficiency and low toxicity characteristics.In this paper,we reviewed the compose,preparation,characteristics,and therapy advance of magnetic drug microspheres.
