腹腔镜下阑尾切除术与常规开腹手术的疗效对比

Contrast Study of the Curative Effect of Laparoscopic Appendectomy and Conventional Laparotomy

目的对比分析阑尾炎常规手术治疗与腹腔镜下阑尾切除术的效果。方法选自2006-05～2010-04间,我院收治的阑尾炎病例116例。其中,行腹腔镜阑尾切除术52例,行开腹阑尾切除术64例。比较两种术式手术时间,住院时间、术后切口感染率及腹腔残余脓肿发生率。结果两种术式差异性有显著意义(P>0.05)。结论与传统手术相比腹腔镜下阑尾切除术,具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少,且住院时间短等优点。

Objective To Contrastive analyze conventional surgical treatment of appendicitis and laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods 116 cases of appendicitis were selected from the 2006-05～2010-04 in our hospital,including laparoscopic appendectomy 52 cases,conventional Laparotomy 64 cases.the operation time,hospital stay,postoperative wound infection rate and the incidence of abdominal Abscess were contrasted.Results Two procedures showed significant differences（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Compared with conventional operation,laparoscopic surgery appendectomy might be less trauma,faster recovery,fewer complications and shorter hospital stay and so on.
