低位直肠癌的治疗体会

Treatment Experience of Low-set Rectal Cancer

目的总结低位直肠癌的手术治疗经验。方法对本组29例低位直肠癌患者行双吻合器直肠全系膜保肛术,并行结-直肠端端吻合。结果 29例中,术后发生吻合漏1例,经保守治疗痊愈,吻合狭窄3例。结论应用TME及双吻合器,可降低低位直肠癌术后局部复发,为低位肿瘤得以根治性切除提供了可能性,并缩短了手术时间。

Objective To summarize the operative treatment of low-set rectal cancer.Methods 29 cases of such patient were performed remianing rectal mesenterium and anus with double staplers and side to side anatomosis.Results There was 1 case of fistula and healed after treatment and 3 cases of stenosis.Conclusion The application of TME and staplers might decrease the relapse and shorten operative time as well as posible to be radical.
