高分辨率螺旋CT对支气管扩张的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of HRCT on Bronchiectasis

目的通过分析支气管扩张的CT征象,评价高分辨率螺旋CT对该病的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析16例经手术或随访证实的支气管扩张的CT征象及临床表现,并讨论其诊断价值。结果在本组16例中,柱状型4例,静脉曲张型2例,囊状型4例,混合型6例。结论高分辨率螺旋CT薄层扫描对支气管扩张的检测,具有更高的敏感性、特异性及准确性,可做为诊断支气管扩张症的首选检查方法。

Objective To assess the diagnostic value of HRCT on bronchiectasis.Methods The clinical materials of 16 cases of such patient who were obtained diagnosis after operation or follow-up were analyzed and discussed the diagnostic value.Results There were 4 cases of stylolitic type,2 cases of varicosis type,4 cases of cystic type and 6 cases of mixed type.Conclusion The HRCT might have very high sensitivity,specificity and accuracy to diagnose the bronciectasis as first choice.
