The characteristics of Gaozhou Mode such as suitable,youthy and native talent team,county level but has the capacity which only tertiary hospital can have,low cost and low fee,human centered service,excellent management and incentive mechanism and high-speed development were summarized.The experiences of Gaozhou Mode were discussed.Firstly,public hospital should obey the principle of less fee and good service.Secondly,professional human resources were the key point for hospital development and introducing oversea talent and training native talent should be both highlighted.Thirdly,hospital accreditation regulation was the admittance evaluation for technology and medical quality,administrative protection should be weakened.Fourthly,hospital president selection is very important.Fifthly,can Gaozhou mode be copied？
