介绍济宁市第一人民医院低于药品中标价议价节能采购,降低病人药品费用;降低材料和设备价格节能采购,减轻病人负担;加强节能减排,增加医院可用资金,优惠于民以及加强医院节能管理,缓解病人"看病贵"的成效。
Experience on drug purchasing which price was lower than bidding price to reduce drug expense,reducing material and equipment purchasing price to decrease patient＇s disease burden,strengthening energy saving to increase hospital cash flow and strengthening hospital management to relieve expensive medical expense in Jining the 1st Hospital were analyzed.
