摘要
介绍了社会大环境对学风的影响及临床医学研究生学风教育的重要性,从培养学术自信,追求真理、创造良好的学术环境、培养研究生的临床科研意识等方面阐述了加强研究生学风教育的思考,提出正确引导学生的职业精神、科学精神以及培养正确的价值取向是临床医学研究生学风教育的关键。
The influence of social environment to study style and the importance of study style education for post graduate students in clinical medicine is discussed.Study style for post graduate student in clinical medicine is considered as self-confidence,idealism,good innovation environment and excellent clinical research ideation.Professionalism,scientific spirit and recognition of career value are key points for training post-graduated students in clinical medicine.
